Mildura Sporting Precinct – Changeroom Bench Seating Fit Out

The Mildura Sporting Precinct (formerly named the Mildura South Regional Sporting Precinct), serves as a central hub for various indoor sporting groups in the district. It hosts major events such as concerts, regional tournaments, and national sporting competitions. Additionally, it addresses the demand for community open spaces and leisure activities in Mildura South, a key residential area experiencing significant growth. The precinct also features a café that caters to both sporting facility users and local residents.

Collaborating closely with CICG Pty Ltd, IntraSpace was awarded with the fit out of bench seating to all change rooms. The bench seats were finished with Spotted Gum slats and a Black powder coated frame. The middle benches are fitted with locking castors for easy moving.

IntraSpace fixed bench seating and also with castors inside one of the change rooms in the Mildura Sporting Precinct.

The installation of the IntraSpace storage system in our redeveloped Emergency Department has been a very positive process. The modular system has improved workflow and we are now reviewing our work practices to capture the efficiencies with improved outcomes. Compliance to Infection Control for both Storage and Handling of Sterile stock and the Victorian Cleaning Standards is being met with decreased resources and man hours due to the efficiencies the system provides.
