We design, specify & install medical storage systems
Whatever the project you are involved in, you need persons with experience that can help you get it right first time…because Space is valuable.
Maximum efficiency can only be obtained when storage is seriously considered as an integral part of the planning process. The way we need to work often conflicts with the constraints of the surrounding interior and space available. IntraSpace works to provide an efficient working solution to the varied demands of today’s workplace.

IntraSpace provides budgetary proposals for all medical shelving, storage and furniture solutions required for your project. Other items include lockers, seating, sterile trolleys, safes, display storage solutions and whiteboards.
Our reputation and experience in the healthcare area makes us a first choice when considering a new project. We also specialise in library storage systems and fire-resistant cabinets for businesses, schools, universities and local government facilities.
Next we undertake a full site audit of current departments to assess volume, work flows and storage requirements. From this we consider methods for improving on workflow, accessibility of materials, to deliver workplace efficiencies, improve productivity and maximise the best use of space.
We work with the head contractor and client to fully understand the requirements and parameters of the project. For the larger healthcare storage solutions projects, we can attend two or three user group meetings per department, as well as run some dedicated workshops where we discuss just storage with the hospital’s department heads and unit managers.
We work with the head contractor to provide a presentation of the full suite of storage systems products to be used in the different areas of the hospital. This is then attended by the client representatives, unit managers and any other affiliated parties and investors.
We work to fully design and document each room’s requirements which could be up to 200 rooms or more. We review all architectural plans, user group minutes, correspondence between client and head contractor to ensure every detail is covered.
Using modular concepts throughout our range enables us to offer solutions that best utilise your space, enhance your workspace, and provide the flexibility to adapt to changing needs.
The final costing is then prepared per room and per department. This lists out all items required for that area, incorporating all details such as dividers, accessories and label holders. We work within the parameters of your budget, while delivering the best solution for your client.
Our project management team works in close collaboration with all contractors involved to manage installation milestones and delivery, minimising installation risks, delays and associated costs.
